AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009: Served as UCSD's ace with a team low 2.28 ERA, an 8-6 record with two complete games and a team-high 118.2 innings pitched... gave up 99 hits, 17 walks and struck out 77 batters... earned a National Gold Glove... earned several awards including All-CCAA, ABCA/Rawlings All-West Region, NCBWA All-West Region... Daktronics All-American and NCBWA All-American.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008: Earned CCAA Freshman of the Year and All-Conference honors... also named to the ABCA/Rawlings D-II All-West Region team... went 8-2 out of the bullpen, pitching 70.2 innings and striking out 61 batters... held opponents to a .243 batting average... pitched a career-high 5.2 innings of relief against Barry allowing one run... struck out a career-high six batters on two occassions.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Jackson Hole HS... member of the golf team earning All-State three times, All-Conference for three years and a three-time Bronc Golfer of the Year... golf team advanced to the Wyoming 3A State Championship for four years... baseball experience included time in American Legion Baseball... named a two-time American Legion All-State member and Team MVP... member of the team which won the American Legion Wyoming State Championship... pitching statistics included 76.1 innings, giving up 19 runs on 32 hits while striking out 130 batters... as a hitter, held a .440 average with 10 homeruns and 25 stolen bases.
